Gifting an almost new Fat Skimmer/Strainer for soup. We used it once only.
It’s like a normal soup ladle, only that it has a part on the handle that you can squeeze to let out just the soup and stop the release catch to filter/capture/sift off the fat so you will have a healthier meal.
