These are Thule Roof Bars with a fixing kit (the bit that actually clamps onto the car)for a Vauxhall Vectra. You can see in the photos that the fixing is a small lug that fits into a hole under the rubber seal around the car door. This does not fit all cars and unless you have a Vectra or some Citreons you will probably have to change the fixing.
