Bissell carpet cleaner & solution (OX28, Witney)

Clean view proheat carpet cleaner, solution and users’ guide. This was working before I put it away but although it turns on and appears as though it should work, there is no solution being dispensed. According to the guide it could be that the pump needs re-priming. A replacement pump may be required. It was a super machine when I last used it. Maybe you can get it going.
The poor thing will go to the skip if nobody wants it by 14th July.
