Bike Cable Cutter (Bed Stuy)

Hi, I need some help/advice. I know this sounds like a sketchy request but I've had my bike locked in my building's basement for the past year and just realized that I forgot the combination. It's locked with a Mongoose branded cable lock. Pretty basic and inexpensive. Anyone have a cable cutter I could borrow? I have past pictures to prove that this bike is mine if evidence is needed. I live in Bed Stuy. Thanks!
