This is one of those children's plasma cars where you wiggle The handlebar and the thing will move by itself. Unfortunately one of the front wheels is broken off so I'm posting this if anyone wants this for parts or maybe to try to fix it. These are a lot of fun when they work, but I can't fix the front of this thing.
