Google nest (Mount Vernon)

I’ve had this WiFi extender service for about 7 yrs. One of the units went red light on me and was giving me issues with my home internet so I removed it. One of the wires has a kink in it (see pictures) so I’m not sure if this was the issue. I don’t want it any more b/c the customer care # no longer works. Maybe u can replace the cord and it will work. As always serious inquires only. Thank you
