Dehumidifier (Hayes BR2)

Hello I am looking for a dehumidifier so that we can remove water from underneath part of our flooring, we are getting spring tail flies coming into our house, because although the area has been treated by a professional with insecticide, the dampness continues to attract them. Many thanks
