This is designed to fit onto the PCI slot on your computer's motherboard and you can then use your PC as a fax machine, if that's even a thing these days. It's the card only so no cables or software but I imagine it would be found by Windows once installed. There's one for sale on eBay (in the US) which details more of it's capabilities
