Maxi dress (Withington Hereford)

White brave soul London maxi dress cute embroidered/ lace detail pretty sure it is linen and is lined to an inch or so above knee. It says it’s a medium but as the detail under bust isn’t elastic I couldn’t get over my shoulders I would say it’s an 8 to 10 or for a teen that’s around 5ft5” the straps tie on shoulder so u can get that to fit to size. Never been worn also have same dress in black but I tried cutting that detail under the bust on either side thinking I’d but elastic triangle in but gave up on it but anyone that can see a bit could fix that.
