We are brewing green tea kombucha in a 2.5l jar and the scoby doubles in size every month or so. There's enough on offer at present for at least 2l or a couple of smaller brews.
Needs to be collected in non-metal container. Have previously given it away in ziploc bags and/or jars with plastic lids but don't have any right now! We can provide some kombucha to keep it covered in liquid.
