Wipe clean single duvet 10.5tog UNUSED (Great Kingshill HP15)

Wipe clean duvet or possibly use as a dog bed? Brand new unused, polypropylene wipe clean fabric. Size 135 x 200cm. Rather contradictory washing/cleaning instructions.... Never used as Dad found the fabric "too crackly" it's fine inside a cover in my opinion.
