Cat Toy (Humphrey's End GL5)

A friend kindly gave me this cat toy for my cat, Ben. It looks as if a mouse is moving under a circular cover. It takes 3 C cell batteries and definitely works. My cat looked at it, looked at me, and walked off in disgust, tail in the air!!! Would anyone like this to see if their cat would be more appreciative and actually engage with this toy?
