Pet safe cat flap.
It’s a microchip one but the locking mechanism has gone wrong.
I’ve taped up the locks so it works perfectly well as a manual in and out. But replaced it because I want to keep out other cats. If you’re not bothered about that then happy to pass on. Also someone may be able to fathom locking mechanism. It’s 4-5 years old so maybe the grime got the better of it.
