Specatacles temple tip (Hitchin SG4)

Hi. This is a long shot but the temple tip on my favourite prescription glasses just fell out while out and try as I might I couldn’t find it to try to fix. Any chance anyone might have something similar? The frame is titanium so the top is very small and narrow.
