Left by previous owner, looks in reasonable condition, however doesn't start. This may just be a switch issue as apparently the bag/skirt has to be fitted properly to release safety switch. I have no idea and no interest in figuring that out as would never use a garden vac.
So if someone likes to fix things you're very welcome to take it away!
