Verbana plant. (Waterlooville PO8)

I have remodelled my garden and this plant needs a new home. It has been in a pot, it could be planed into the ground but could grow to 3m high It has a lacy white scented flower and an attractive dark green leaf which changes to a reddish colour in the winter. It is on the pavement in a bag for anyone to take.
