Because of that, I haven’t tested or cleaned it.

From looking at the manual, it looks like the blade nut wrench, blade shaft wrench, fence, and heaven knows what else are also missing. Annoying.

At the risk of stating the obvious, it’s a power tool with a spinning blade, and has a receptacle of water in close proximity to electricity. As the manual (linked below) states, “You can be killed or seriously injured if you don’t follow instructions.”

Although I am not responsible for how it is used, I would like it to be a blessing to someone. I don’t want its new owner to get injured.
