Suitcase — needs repair (Glastonbury Center)

Before I dump this suitcase in the trash, I’m offering it here, if someone can fix it. It’s a medium large case (15 x 10x 20 inches) with two sections inside. One section has a clothe zippered closure. It expands.

The problem: one of the wheels is breaking off the suitcase on three sides. The suitcase material (probably plastic) is broken.
