2023 Graduation Tassel (Parkview West)

Red and yellow colors. I ordered this from an Etsy store and they sent me 2023 instead of 2022 by mistake. I now have my correct graduation year tassel and I’m hoping somebody else can use this one! You can also remove the charm if it doesn’t suit your needs.
