This is a former Wendy House that was converted into an enormous rabbit hutch / storage area.
The roof is sound as is most of the walls. Parts of the floor will need replacing. This will definitely need some work to get it back to pristine condition.
Having said that, it's a good quality shed that's worth giving a new lease of lfe to.
Base is 6ft x 6ft with a 2ft roof overhand. The height varies from 6ft to 8ft (apex).
Whoever takes it has to dismantle and remove it (the roof comes in two parts). We've done it before so its perfectly possible with a van / truck and two capable people.
