Table top Dishwasher (Newington EH9)

Siemens table top dishwasher. Not 100% sure if its in working condition. The last time it was run it didn't have a problem but previously it has given error codes and it turns on and runs but seems to stop midway through a cycle with it not being able to heat up or drain. I am not sure if that's from being installed incorrectly or a simple fix with the right plumbing.
