Old mortar,cement, drywall compound (Baseline and Beaumaris)

I have these old open bags left over from a renovation. They are at least 5 years old. If you know about this stuff, please let me know if they last 5 years or they go bad. I want to give them away (if still good) or dispose of them properly (if gone bad).

Someone answered that if they are soft and dry (which they are), then they are still good.

Sheetrock 45 drywall compound (3 partial bags)
