Blue tooth amp receiver -spares? (Barry)

My daughter tells me that this is a blue tooth amp receiver for a electric guitar. Evidently it doesn't work. I haven't got a clue. Maybe it does and she hasn't figured it out , I am not sure. Collection only from Barry
