Tilting patio umbrella NEEDS FIXING (Lower Weston)

I have all the parts needed but it’s beyond my skill level to fix it! It comes with all the parts including the crank, plus a new cord which I fitted and a new tilting mechanism which I have not fitted, the material (which is great condition) and all the fixtures. The material is dark red.
