Jewellery stones (Tirril CA10)

I have 2 beautiful brooches. Unfortunately some of the stones have fallen out and are lost. Does anyone have any odd jewellery bits so that I could replace my lost stones. Fake diamonds or coloured stones would be great. I have tried the charity shops over the last few weeks but no luck.
