Swinging chair in need of tlc (Stainton CA11)

It’s been out for a few years and needs some tlc. The plastic goes back into the chairs and it swung ok when last used. Good bit of rust. It did have fabric shade but not sure where that’s gone. We used to love it but hasn’t been used for a year or so
