Hifi, speakers, amplifier (Oulton LS26)

The Guild of Weavers Spinners and Dyers has a number of members who are hard of hearing, so we are looking for ways of improving their experience at meetings. This is a long shot but does anyone have equipment that could help us amplify voices for the audience?
