I have only used this walker indoors, but it can be used outdoors. It can be folded for storage/transport, but I have never needed to fold it away. It has a tray which sits on a seat, with moveable basket and shelf on the front.
The front righthand solid tyre has split and needs to be repaired or replaced. A pity to dump if someone can do the repair/replacement to the wheel.
