Gardening tools (Eastwood NG16)

Hi all I desperately need to sort my garden out (very small garden) but unfortunately have no tools to do so and can't afford a gardener. I need to cut the grass, pull some thick weeds and possibly turn the soil. I am unable to drive so being local to New Eastwood or being able to deliver would be great as I'd have to walk with my two young children. Desperately want to get their pool out while the weather's nice but it's just not in a good state to be able to do that at the minute. Thank you in advance x
