Wheelbarrow wheel (Lostock Hall PR5)

My trusty (and rusty) old wheelbarrow is in need of a new wheel. I would be grateful if anyone could assist. The photos show the dimension the current wheel. There is scope for a wheel that is slightly larger. Could collect almost any time/day. Thank you for taking the time to look at this request.
