We have had this Leifheit Rotary Clothes Line since December 2018, but it was temperamental both opening and closing, so is no longer in use and has been stored in the garage.

It was last used over a year ago and the pole had to be pushed up by hand as the pull-cord tensioning line, which operates the 4 arms, did not function.
It did close o.k that time via the red button, but before that it was very difficult to get it to close.

It does not have a cover or ground spike, the external pole diameter is approx. 50mm / 2 inches.

If you are interested, can live with the problems opening and closing, or you would like a challenge, please indicate date and time when you could collect from near The Victoria, Woodham Lane.
