I have removed this now and the enclosure is fully intact. I damaged the trim on the tray when removing as shown in the second picture, but it might be possible to remove the trim completely and make good.
They are quite old and need a good clean, but are really quite solid so might be good for someone.
If anyone is interested, let me know and I can measure them. Please note that the tray is really heavy!
