Elm branch (Costessey NR8)

Is there anyone experienced with taking cuttings who would like to try taking cuttings from an elm branch? "Early" summer is suggested, so a bit late, but I can remove a lower branch. I am intending to try to coppice it in winter, which is why I am offering now. (Offered as a branch I shall cut myself on arrival for collection).
