Beko black fridge freezer 50/50 (Colliers wood SW19)

Standard size fridge freezer 50/50 with a water dispenser unfortunately the freezer element started to freeze over I'm not sure if this is easy fix but we decided just to get a new one the fridge works fine and the water dispenser doesn't need plumbing and is working also fine it's just the freezer compartment with lots of frost it is outside 50 Layton road sw191dl
