Office printer (Leominster HR6)

Dell 1320c laser colour printer. Functioning and responds to directions in printer dialogue box. However, printer adds faint coloured horizontal lines and I've tried everything to make it behave (short of kicking it) and have thus decided it's time for someone else to try.
