Upholstered chair and ottoman (Brightwood NW DC)

Upholstered chair and wheeled ottoman, vacuumed but yellowed fabric (cannot be cleaned with water based solution). Still very comfortable even at 20+ years old. Used by mother who had cat and dog. I've used Surefit cover, brown chenille fabric that is machine washable, free also.
Need to help me carry down 1 flight of stairs, recommend having a minivan to transport.
