My Dad made this - he had an electronics business. Apparently it runs on 24 volts. The lead on it is long. The frame is 13" x 8". When lit is is yellow LEDs and has a switch on the side to change between SORRY WE'RE CLOSED and COME IN, WE'RE OPEN. Note this has not been tested.
