High back arm chair (Bilton HG1)

Polite request for a high back fabric chair similar to the one in the photo. I have been signed off work for a few weeks with a bad back & I am having trouble sitting on a conventional sofa. Age & condition unimportant. Can collect to suit. Many thanks- Jim
