1) New or gently used clothing:
Sizes: Men XL clothes, shoes 12 1⁄2
Womens clothing sizes Medium and XL, women's shoe size 7 and 8 1⁄2 [for Mom and daughter]
2) Also, they could use pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
