lump of timber (Woodside CR0)

Hi - I'm looking for a piece of solid timber - a block - around 5-6ins deep, 10-12ins wide and 12ins long (measurements aren't specific!) . I guess part of a railway sleeper or similar would do the job. Many thanks if you can help. I can collect of course.
