Single cycle rack for roof bars (Wisbech/Emneth)

This is a fully adjustable clip on bike rack for cars with roof bars (not rails). It takes one bike and is easy to fit, no spanners needed. Bike sits securely upside down with saddle and handlebars fixed. Been in the garage for 10 years and d we've not used it so time for it to go.
