Coat hook rack and shelf (AB22)

From Ikea, it's been in it's box for years and I built it the other day, but now I see it in place it isn't suitable. So it's new, but assembled.
It needs 6 screws (plus rawlplugs) to attach it to a wall, but I only have 3. So you'd need some screws. And the hooks need tightened. From a smoke free home and ready for immediate collection.
