Lawn mower, needs fixed (AB22)

Lawn mower with 10m cable.Thinks it's from florabest, maybe 6 years old (estimate) Ive been usig it most of the summer but slowly developping a problem. It starts fine but cuts out after a few seconds. Apparently it needs internal filters cleaned put and that is beyond my skill level. Offering here to save it from the skip.
