Supermarket shopping trolley (Frankwell SY3)

Do you work in a supermarket & know what happens to damaged shopping trolleys? I’m looking to use the wheeled base of a trolley as pictured so condition of basket not important. Please don’t tell me there’s an abandoned trolley on a car park or in the river as technically that would be theft. I want to acquire one legitimately! Thanks for reading.
