water butt (Summertown OX2)

Old plastic water butt 210 litres, 97cm high x 57cm dia. Has tiny split in base, so leaks a little. Could be cut down and used as a planter, or maybe repairable?? With a tap, lid and a 3-piece stand, if you want it.
