These were strapped on my daughter’s old fiesta when we bought it last year. She changed them because they didn’t fit the wheels. So we just found them in the shed still practically as new. I’ve measured them at 16.5” across on outside but with the clips on back measures 15 3/4” clip to clip hope it helps.
