Mirror needs some TLC (Marton)

Mirror measured across the back is 126cm x 34.5cm. This has been kept in the garage - I have cleaned the mirror but not spent any time on the frame.
Heavy.
The edging is cracked in places and missing in places (see photos) - however it looks as if the edging could be chipped off and sanded down and painted or replaced with some other mirror edging / border.
The mirror itself is in good condition - but not flawless on close inspection.
