Bicycle (Sworton Heath WA16)

Before I take it to the tip, does anyone want to try and rescue this bike? I got it for my son around the age of 8 but it's been sat in our tumbledown shed exposed to the elements for about 8 years. It's currently covered in cobwebs & mildew plus the brakes are rusted & disintegrating so it would be a real restoration project! I'll give it a quick clean before collection.
