Rotary washing line (Fulwood PR2)

This is a small rotary washing line that has its own stand so can be moved from one place to another. Folds up for storage as seen in photo. Slightly rusty towards the base but up until the winter just gone was used nearly every day by my elderly relative. In folded up position measures 5 feet in height. In very windy conditions it needs something heavy e.g. bag of sand on its legs to stop it blowing over.
