Folding aluminum ladder (Riverside area of Princeton)

Multi-position aluminum ladder, approx. 13 foot reach, 4 folding sections. Westway manufacturer, similar model here https://tinyurl.com/29h7guh4 The locking latches are stiff but work. Probably over 20 years old and little used.
